Cogstone currently has no open positions available; however, we accept resumes and inquiries at all times. We maintain a candidate pool and often are looking for qualified field technicians to conduct surveys and monitoring for projects located throughout California. Cogstone has offices in Orange (HQ), San Diego, Inland Empire, Morro Bay and Oakland.
Orientation and Training
We provide orientation and training for new employees. This includes orientation to company procedures, company intranet, safety and other items and paleontology training for all technical personnel.
All technical employees participate in 32 hours a year of mandatory company training to advance technical knowledge, practice proper completion of field tasks and review safety. We also provide opportunities for staff to increase their skill sets.
Field personnel have completed 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification, API WorkSafe Training, E-Railsafe Training and similar programs. Non-technical personnel are also provided training opportunities and professional development, including project management certification.
