Damage Assessment and Expert Witness Testimony

HPEM offers professional expertise in all aspects of damage assessment. We are ready to quickly respond to most emergencies involving archaeological damage. HPEM uses the latest in technology to accurately and quickly recover data and evidence from a crime scene. This includes the use of 3D-Laser Scanners to accurately plot and measure damage locations and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) to capture aerial views of large-scale damage areas, as well as 3D models using photogrammetry.

HPEM uses the information from its crime scene investigation to produce a damage assessment report based on the amount and type of damage. Mr. McAllister has served as an Expert Witness in a number of cases.
